Your room is available for you after 14.00 pm. In case you won’t arrive before dinner on your day of arrival (between 18.30 – 20.00 p,), please inform us before 20.00 pm!

We request you to leave your room before 11.00 am.

We have 3 elevators available in our hotel.

► Payment
Your afternoon coffee, your drinks in the bar, beauty treatments etc. can be written on your »room bill« during your stay be paid at your »check out« with the rest of your bill. (We accept cash payments and EC-cards, for credit cards payment we have to charge a 2% supplement). A receipt for your drinks is available for you in your room compartment at the reception.

► Bathing complex
In the »Badegarten« you will find the whirlpools, steam cabins, sauna, foot baths, solarium, fitness room and relax-room.

Opening hours: 7.00 am to 19.30 pm.
The sauna is heated from 14.30 pm to 19.00 pm!

► Bathrobes
During your stay, there are bathrobes available for you in your room.

► Bike rental
We have trekking-, cross- and mountain bikes available for our guests, free of charge.

► Hairdresser
Our hairdressing salon is situated on the 3. floor. Appointments can be made at the hotel reception.

► Garage
We offer car port for € 3,50 a day.

► Golfclub
We are a partner hotel of Golf club Berchtesgaden. Our guests receive a 30% discount on all golf course offers.

► Hotel doors
With your room keycard you can open all hotel doors after 23.00 pm.

► Dogs
For the man's best friend we charge € 10,-- a day (without feed). Please understand, that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

Children's prices in the parents' room with two full paying adults:

  0 –  3 years – 0 % (free)
  4 –  8 years – 40 %
  9 –14 years – 50%
15 - 17 years – 60%

· Outdoor pool: 15 x 6 m. (ca. 28°C), open from May until October, depending on the weather conditions.

· Indoor pool: 12 x 6 m. (ca. 29°C), leisure pool oasis with panorama windows and view of the mountains, with the 2nd all year round heated (34°C) outdoor pool with whirlpool seats, heated water beds and heat-therapy-stone beds.

► Parking
We have enough free parking places available for our guests.

► Our hotel prices
are per person/day and contain: stay – breakfast buffet resp night – dinner (vielleicht meint man hier "half board" outdoor pool, indoor pool, all year round heated outdoor pool, sauna, steam cabins, fitness studio, big sunbathing area – elevators, parking - VAT.

►New Year
For the New Year’s Eve programme we charge a supplement of € 40,-- per person.

► Cancellation conditions
Sounds unpleasant, is unpleasant. For all! Klingt ärgerlich und ist ärgerlich. Für Alle! Too bad that a room stays empty, while other guests would have loved to book it. Our request: please inform us as soon as possible, in writing if possible!

Cancellations until 35 days before the date of arrival are free of charge. In case of later cancellations, we charge you the following costs (unless you can prove, that no damage or just a small damage has arisen):

34 - 28 days before the arrival date: 50 % of the complete reservation sum
27– 15 days before the arrival date: 60 % of the complete reservation sum
14 -   7 days before the arrival date: 70 % of the complete reservation sum

In case of cancellation 6 days or shorter before arrival or in case of non-attendance, we charge 80% of the complete reservation sum! For travel agencies and for bookings of more than 2 rooms, a cancellation fine will be determined by statutory jurisdiction. We recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance!

In case of late arrivals or early departure, we charge you the room prices minus 20% for bed&breakfast resp 30% for half board!

► Restaurant
Our service staff reserves your table in our restaurant for you!

· Breakfast
from 7.30 am to 10.30 am. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy breakfast on our terrace as well.

· Dinner
In case you have booked including half board, you can enjoy a 4-course menu in our non-smoking restaurant. We start with a complete salad buffet, followed by the soup. Then you can make your choice out of 3 main dishes and several desserts. Guests, who book including breakfast, can dine >>à la carte<< if they wish! You can order dinner between 18.30 and 20.00 pm. In case you don't use dinner when you booked including half board, we compensate € 6,00 if you cancel in de the morning.

► Christmas
Arrival is possible on 25.12., resp on 26.12. In this period we have a minimum number of nights that must be booked and a booking is only possible including half board.
